Where you sit in the pipeline

Every project you see here has already been through a machine screen and a human desk review. You are not the first look — you are the independent one. If a packet reaches you thin, that is a failure upstream and we would rather have it back than have you guess: use Ask a question, which pauses your turnaround clock.

The three things we need

1. Categories. Mark what this project actually is. We send you our own categorisation and yours is recorded separately — where they differ, that difference is a finding, not an error to reconcile.
2. A verdict on each axis you were asked for. Feasibility is whether it can be built. Bankability is whether it would be funded on the terms provided. A project can pass one and fail the other, which is the most useful answer you can give us.
3. A document. A signed verdict needs its report attached. PDF, because the artifact needs to be the thing a lender receives rather than a draft.

Say when you cannot tell

Cannot determine is a real answer and we would rather have it than a confident guess. It tells us our packet was thin, which is something we can fix. A pass we cannot distinguish from a guess is something we cannot.

Conditional means listing the conditions

A conditional verdict with an empty conditions field reads as a yes to whoever is in a hurry, so the console will not let you sign one. Same for a negative verdict with no blocker named — it cannot be worked or appealed.

Signing is append-only

Once signed, the verdict and its documents are part of the record. You can reissue with a reason and the new opinion supersedes the old one, but nothing is deleted or edited in place. That is what makes the opinion worth attaching to a financing.
